Science was designed to allow you to explore the interactions between science, technology & society. We, as a society, are greatly influenced by the scientific & technological advances that occur every day around us. You will also be part of the process of creation during hands-on experiments and projects. Many of you may not consider a career in science, but there is much to be gained in understanding how science affects your daily life. This course is designed to give appreciation for how science can connect your life (“science for non-scientists”), as well as providing your science requirement for graduation.
